Thurs, Oct 10, 2013-
After breakfast at Chick and Ruth’s, we spent the rest of the day at the Annapolis Boat Show. We got most of our list accomplished. Bob S’s brother Rick joined us for a very rainy boat show, and then spent the night aboard Quintessa.
Friday, Oct 11-
We left Annapolis in our rental car and drove 12 hours to Louisville, KY. The rain finally stopped at the KY border. We spent the weekend with childhood friend, Paul and his family celebrating his daughter’s wedding.
Mon, Oct 14-
The week was filled with boat projects – replacing the water pump, sourcing boat parts, multiple trips to West Marine and Fawcett’s. Friday the freezer stopped working. Dry ice for the time being.
Weekend of Oct 19th –
John and Eileen joined us for the weekend. We started plans for John to join us as crew from Provo to Bermuda and Eileen to join us at both ends of the trip.
