Motored down the Chesapeake and into Rock Hall almost at low tide, with no problem. We received a huge welcome from Art Willis, the owner. It feels like family there and Sailing Emporium is still one of our favorite marinas. Art and Mary Sue keep it beautiful and immaculate. For old times we went out to dinner at Waterman’s Crab House.
Bob spent our time there installing navigation electronics. Took the anchor chain out and reversed it in the anchor locker; cleaned the boat deck and canvas.
Sat, Oct 5, 2013-
Cleaned the boat all day and left at 5:30 pm for Annapolis. We cheered as we passed under the Bay Bridge, and anchored in front of the Naval Academy.
