Aboard Quintessa we left NEB for Newport, RI where we anchored and met Sara’s friend Debby. Debby joined us for the sail to New York. We shared a bottle of Prosecco bubbly in the cockpit to celebrate the start of the trip.
Fri, Sept 20-
With the wind on the nose, we motored to Stonington, Connecticut where friends we met while cruising on our first trip, Mike and Julia, invited us to dinner at their home, right on the water. It was amazing to watch the moon rise out of the water and see it’s reflection.
