We met with meteorologists at the Bermuda Weather Service who provided weather charts and advice for out crossing. They also offered to provide us updates along the way. What a fabulous service. In addition we are using Commanders Weather in the U.S. who provided us with a 7 day forecast that is specific to our route and boat speed. Both recommended that we take the more southern rhumb line route to avoid some fronts that are coming off from Nova Scotia and the nasty seas they develop.
Final provisioning for the boat and we are ready to go! Good Bye Bermuda…
